Abstract
Final report was made aiming to find supervision in shippling of employee present list, assignment distribution and authority that happened a double conducted at PT Badja Baru Palembang engaged in rubber processing factory, located at Pangeran Sido ing street kemayan assle No. II, karanganyar village sub district of gandus Palembang. Authors collected data by interview and observation. Data used in analysing the problem is the Internal Control Structure. Some of the problem that may result in the delivery of monitoring employee attendance sheet, the devision of tasks and responsibilities that occur geminating assignment and authorization has not been done completely wellin the payroll procedise to fix this problem, the company should implement a good internal control structure, the separation of the correspoonding organizational structure in accordance with the authority and avthorization are performedby a general section that wage rates are given appropriate decision authorities, and prevent fraud committed by the parties who arre not responsible.
