Abstract
Influence of service’s tax officials and communication’s tax officials of individual taxpayer compliance in depositing and reporting SPT in KPP Pratama Palembang Seberang Ulu Raisa Marsela, 2014 ( xiv + 49 pages) raisa.marsela@yahoo.co.id Tax receipts as the largest component in the state has an important role for the government to carry out government activities. Taxation conditions requiring active participation in organizing the taxation of taxpayers require a high taxpayer compliance. Therefore, the problems posed in this research is whether the influence of service’s tax officials and the communications of tax officials about individual taxpayer compliance in depositing and reporting SPT in KPP Pratama Palembang Seberang Ulu. The number of samples of 100 individual taxpayers. This type of data is primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained from respondents through a questionnaire, and secondary data is data collected from KPP Pratama Palembang Seberang Ulu. Methods of data collection by questionnaire using convenience sampling. This research concluded that service of tax officials and the communications of tax officials is possitively affected on taxpayer compliance in depositing and reporting SPT KPP Pratama Palembang Seberang Ulu Keywords : Individual Taxpayer, service’s tax officials, communication’s tax officials, Taxpayer Compliance.
