Abstract
THE INFLUENCE OF TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT (TQM) ON MANAGERIAL PERFORMANCE AT PT PUPUK SRIWIDJAJA (PUSRI) PALEMBANG Setya Hadi Pratama, 2014 (xiv + 53 Pages) Email : hydee92@yahoo.com This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) on managerial performance are implemented at PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Pusri) Palembang either partially or simultaneously. The sample in this study was a supervisor around 54 people from a total population of 119 people. Data collection method used was a questionnaire. The data obtained and analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. This study variables Total Quality Management (TQM), which consists of teamwork subvariabel (X1) and education and training (X2) as independent variables, as well as managerial performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The results showed that TQM simultaneously significant effect on managerial performance. Then partially, both teamwork and education and training and a significant positive effect on managerial performance.
