Abstract
The final report was aiming to find out how the lending procedures and collection of accounts receivable at FIFGROUP Baturaja Branch. Analysis was performed on FIFGROUP Baturaja Branch. FIFGROUP Baturaja Branch is one multi-purpose finance companies (spectra) and the financing of Honda motorcycles (fifastra). Method that used in this report was descriptive method by using case study techniques. In obtaining the necessary data, the authors used interview techniques. The evaluation results indicated that the application of lending procedures at the FIFGROUP Baturaja Branch did not running well. This is due to the persistence of acts of fraud or inaccuracy committed by some individuals in the credit and lending procedures verifier. While the application of its accounts receivable billing procedure did running well. Keywords: credit lending, collection of accounts receivable.
