Abstract

The purpose of the writing of the final report is to know the procedure of granting credit in PT Pegadaian (persero) the branch of sekip of palembang. Data were collected methods used in this research combine of interviews with employees, direct observation, and libraries,. Method of analysis used by qualitative descriptive data that could not be measured in a numerical scale, the explanated by describing and explaining systematically, factually, and securate to get information. In this case there in non performing loans. This final report also discuss how the solution if there is any non-performing loans. Based on the research, which has been done by the writer the cause of non performing loans is the company does not apply the principles of credit funding, 5C +1S (character, capacity, capital, collteral, condition of economy, and syariah). As suggestion, to avoid customer who have problem loans, credit analysist shoud use that principles maximally. Keyword: Funding, non performing loans, murabahah.
