Abstract
Sriwijaya State Polytechnic is a Polytechnic who has a vision to be a leading and leading vocational education institution located in Sumatra, Palembang. On this campus is applied 3T, on time, right size, right rules. One of them is compensation. Compensation also plays a role in student discipline in lecturing activities as a fine or sanction for those who do not comply with the rules, Data processing is found in the Polytechnic of Sriwijaya especially in the Department of Information Management is still simple because it uses ms.excel application which of course has not been optimal. So it takes a change of method from paper information to digital form Computer software can be an alternative to facilitate the compensation process. activities that include data processing include compensation data that will be in the process to inform how much compensation to the student. Therefore, the authors make information systems that can be used by the Department of Information Management to inform compensation by Using Extreme Programming Method (XP) so that students can know the amount of compensation and become discipline.
