Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know the activities of internal public relations in The Public Relations Department at PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Persero) Palembang. The data was taken from interview, questionare, observation and library research. The data was analyzed by using descriptive qualitative. The results showed there were twelve activities done in the internal public relations in The Public Relations Departement at PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Persero) Palembang. They were : giving information on a board, comunicating among their employees, doing routing meeting, distributing letters, giving some trainning for their employees, doing some interesting vacation, giving award, developing a medical, doing sport activities, doing some charity activities for praying. Furthemore, most activities were run well, but there were some activities were not done well such giving information on a board, communication among employees and doing sport activities.
