Abstract
Internal public relations activities at PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Palembang is still done by the personnel. This resulted in the company's internal communications activities is not running optimally. The aim of the makers of this final report is to examine the effectiveness of internal communication in order to foster working relationships with internal and public to know the benefits of internal communication in an attempt to foster good working relationships with internal public. The method used is the method of interview, questionnaire method, and the research literature. The results showed that the effectiveness of internal communication by PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Palembang is still less effective in its implementation. Lack of effective internal communications in the company because they kurannya knowledge and capability management and employees in carrying out effective communication. Internal Communications at PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera not currently able to create a good working relationship between the companies with internal parties. The advice given by the author regarding the research results of internal communication is PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Palembang for improvement as well as the ability to communicate the need to create a better view among the companies with the internal and PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Palembang should may consider creating a special piece of public relations or labor force who understand the duties and functions of public relations so that it can actually be good in improving the effectiveness of internal communications at PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Palembang.
