Abstract
The objective of this research is know student perception about quality Smartphone Android product and also to know perception dimension of quality which the most many selected. The questioners were gave the 87 students of Accounting of Polsri. For the result of data analyse, the writer got the result the student perception about the quality of Smartphone Android for dimension of quality of performance (63,6%), features (63,2%), reliability (44,8%), conformance (57,5%), Durability (39,1%), Aesthetics (60,2%), Perceived quality (54,5%) are good., but and servicebility (38,3%) still not maximum. And then, for the most many selected of dimension is performance dimension of quality (63,6%). From the result of that discussion, the writer got the conclutions that students perception about Smartphone Android as generally have already good. But, the writer recomended to keep the dimensions have already good, and increase dimension of quality servicebility. Keywords: Perception, Smartphone
