Abstract

Objects in this study were employee service in the morning at the hospital Dr. AK Gani Palembang. The purpose of this study was aimed at knowing the relationship between brand image with customer loyalty using Pepsodent toothpaste. The writer collected data by distributing questionnaires to 67 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is a Non Probability Sampling technique with a sampling method that is incidental sampling technique based coincidentally, that is anyone who by coincidence / incidental met with researchers can be used as a sample. The analysis technique calculations performed using the product moment correlation coefficient. The result shows that the correlation is 0668, which means it has a strong relationship, the positive direction of the brand image with customer loyalty. It can be concluded that the relationship between brand image with customer loyalty using Pepsodent toothpaste is positive and strong. PT Unilever must maintain a brand image that has become stronger. Keywords: Brand Image, Customer Loyalty.
