Abstract
The purpose of this report is to know how the efforts made in improving the Brotherhood's English Course number of students through marketing mix services. Authors gather data using questionnaires and interviews to students and the leadership of Brotherhood's English Course Palembang. Sample of 133 respondent was obtained through the simple random sampling. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done using qualitative method with the formula percentages, elements of the marketing mix of services that can be made into one of the efforts to increase the number of students that product and costs while the least of which is the promotion and physical evidence. For that we recommend the institution language courses Brotherhood's English Course Palembang did promotional activities better and to improve existing facilities.
