The purpose of this final report is to know about the procedure for opening a checking account at Bank Mandiri Cabang IBA Palembang and impact from the precedure that has not gone well, which located at jalan Mayor Ruslan Palembang. The data has collected through interview with the Customer Service. The result of it, is there are costumers who could not complete some of the requirements for opening a checking account, it makes the procedure has not gone well, bank needs more time to process the opening a checking account, it makes the bank loss the customer also, process the searching of the data needs more time to find that, and it makes the bank loss the income and profit. The writer suggests that Bank Mandiri Cabang IBA Palembang have to socialize the requirements of a checking account giro for the people and then give the sampling about how to fill out an application for opening a checking account.
