This final report studies about designing documentary video of PempekSepedaas Traditional Food in Palembang. The purpose of this research is to find out how to design documentary video of pempeksepeda . In this final report, the writer used Research and Development Design method of Sukmadinata (2005They are (1) preliminary study (2) model development (3) final product.In findings, the writer explaining about the designing documentary video of PempekSepeda as traditional food in Palembang.In model development, the writer asked some expert in limited field testing and wider field testing. In conclusion, there are some revision by the experts’ suggestion related the content, video design and linguistic of documentary video. The writer expected that Cultural Department of Palembang City would help to broadcast the documentary video of PempekSepeda because it can give information and remains back memories to people.
