Abstract

The purpose of this final report is to investigate the influence of leadership style through employees performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Najahiyah Palembang, which located at jalan KHM.Asyik 3 Ulu Palembang. The data was collected through questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The questionnaire were distributed to 23 employees of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Najahiyah Palembang. By using nonprobability sampling technique with saturated sample. The variable in the leadership style were authoritative, democratic, and laissez faire. The result of this research was democratic leadership style gaves influence through employees performance. The determine coefficients showed that the variable of democratic leadership style could describe the influenced to employees performance that was 45,6% and rest of 54,4% was influenced the other factors in out of model research. Multiple regression found that democratic leadership style simultaneously and partially that had significant effect on employees performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Najahiyah Palembang. The writer suggests that Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Najahiyah should mantain leadership style used again and evaluate other factors that affect the performance of employees.
