Abstract
The title of this final report is The Role Of The Leadership In Increasing Employee’s Working Motivation at PT Mitra Aneka Rezeki Palembang, which located at Seduduk Putih Street No. 24 RT. 55 Kel. 8 Ilir Kec. Ilir Timur II Palembang. The writer want to find out about the role of the leadership in increasing employee’s working motivation at PT Mitra Aneka Rezeki Palembang. The data were collected through Questionnaires and Library research, then they were analyzed by using regression and theorythical correlation product moment. The questionnaire were distributed to 40 employees. The writer found that the leadership have roles in this company influence the employee’s working motivation. The result showed that the leadership value is 86,49% and the value of another variable was 13,51% such as income, employee’s rights accomplishment, and employee’s skill. It can be concluded that there was a high influence between role of leadership and employee’s working motivation. The writer suggests that the leadership of PT Mitra Aneka Rezeki shall increase their knowledge dan skills, so the employees will be motivated for doing their jobs and company’s destination will be reached.
