Abstract

The title of this final report is aboutTinjauan Strategi Bauran Promosi in PT Encar Daihatsu Palembang to understand the promotional mix strategy which is implemented at PT Encar Daihatsu Palembang. The writer used the interview technique and the observation in achieving the objective of the research. The interview was done to the employees of PT Encar Daihatsu Palembang as the main respondent of this research. The results showed that in terms of advertising, PT Encar Daihatsu Palembang used the newspaper media, brochures and the internet media. In terms of personal selling, PT Encar Daihatsu Palembang used fifty two sales executive and sales counter. In terms of sales promotion, PT Encar Daihatsu Palembang give discount , gifts and sample. In terms of publicity, PT Encar Daihatsu Palembang do blood donation activities covered by the mass media. The writer suggested to PT Encar Daihatsu Palembang to improve their promotional mix strategy especially in the side of advertising where PT Encar Daihatsu Palembang could use the televise and billboards or banner to promote their product.
