Abstract
This final report discusses about Designing Necklace using Ampera Bridge as Pendant Motif Design for Souvenir of Tourism. The purpose of this final report is to know how to design necklace as the typical souvenir from Palembang. In here the writer used Research and Development method modified from Sukmadinata that consists of : (1) Preliminary Study; (2) Model Development; and (3) Final Testing. The modification was conducted due to the limitation of fund and time. Therefore, the data were collected by interview. The design was created by the writer and revised by expert’s and respondent’s suggestion. The writer prepared somedatasuchasinformationaboutnecklaceandtheprocesstomakethenecklace. The conclusion is this necklace can be a new creation of typical souvenir from Palembang, beside that it also enriches the variation of typical souvenir and helps introduce and promotes the tourism ofPalembang.
