Abstract
In a PT. Videi Insurance the writer did the researching about the data processing client claim and insurance premiums. The writer found some problems in that PT. Videi Insurance where there was no particular application which in used in data processing of client claim and insurance premiums. so that coused the process its not effective and efficiend. because it is still using Microsoft Excel and writing hand. Therefore, the resulting report is often not timely to these problems, the authors conclude that PT. Insurance Videi Palembang require a new application program created using the programming language PHP & MYSQL to assist in the operational part of his job. The results obtained in the form of Application and Data Processing Customer Claims Insurance Premiums on PT. Insurance Videi Palembang capable of inputting customer data, customer insurance premium data, the data submission and payment of claims and reports.
