Abstract
The application for patient medical rehabilitation at foundation of the disability children palembang is a software to process patient medical rehabilitation data by foundation of the disability children palembang. Therapist can input patient data, disability history, disability status, present, planning data, patient status, transaction without writing in the book. Therapist can also work easier and reponsible.
