Abstract

The sensor is a tool to detect or measure something, which is used to change a variety of mechanical, magnetic, heat, light, and chemical into voltage and electrical current. Sound sensor is a device that is able to change sound waves into Sinusioda electrical energy. The sound sensor is used for the robot competition, on this competition the robot required to dance to the music. This report describes the working principle of the sensor sound circuit. The working principle is shown in the block diagram of the sensor sound. Sensor consists of three parts, receivers, processors and output. The receiver circuit is composed of a condenser microphone as sound wave receiver and processing consists of the Preamplifier circuit and komperator, The resulting output is a DC voltage. Besides the sound sensor, the tool is also equipped with other supporting devices such as collor Sensor, Power Supply, System minimum ATMEGA 8535 and servo controllers. From the measurement results, it can work well. Keyword : Humanoid, Sound Sensor
