Abstract

Design for Monitoring Air Quality Using Xbee Module Based Microcontroller ATMega 32U4 has a performance system using mobile robot, which the mobile robot itself is a construction robot whose trademark is to have a wheel actuator to make the shift position from one point to another. In this thesis, a mobile robot is used to detect the air quality in a place, which is to detect carbon monoxide is produced from incomplete combustion of carbon compounds, often occurs in internal combustion engines. At this time the design of the mobile robot is used as a motor driver and XBee mover, where Leonardo Arduino-based microcontroller ATMega 32U4 used as a control center in the robot's sensing air quality.
