Abstract

GEOMETRIC DESIGN AND PAVEMENT THICKNESS ON ROADS TANJUNG NIUR – SEPUCUK OKI DISTRICT OF SOUTH SUMATERA STA 17+000 – 25+250 The border street of Tanjung Niur-Sepucuk was a street in Kecamatan Pedamaran Timur of Pulau Geronggong Vilalage. This street have the important things to improve the grew of economy in around of the village, also to increase people life in all of the parts. In this final report, the writer do the re-planning. How the best way in the planning geomatric design, the harden flexible contruction, the classify of street, and the calculation of cost in Tanjung Niur-Sepucuk untill the street can bring the peaceful, comfortable and reachable for the customer. In the planning of geomatric design street, the guidance there are the calculation alinyemen horizontal, alinyemen vertical, classify of street, and what the harden was used. Based on the calculation above, found that Tanjung Niur-Sepucuk was in the classify IIA with the planning speed 60km/jam, there are 2 band 4 coloumn where the width of street 2x3,5m and the width of street shoulder. In this street was use 4 curve with thick harden, covering layer of the street was use Laston where width 10cm, the over covering layer the street was use the fration stone classify A with the thick 15cm, mean while the unde covering layer of the street was use Sirtu classify A with the thick 34cm. Developing this street was done in 148 days with the total cost Rp64.290.000.000 (sixty four million, two hundred nine million rupiah .
