This final report is entitled “The Potential of South Sumatra Traditional Houses at Dekranasda As a Tourism Destination in Palembang”. The aim of this final report is to identify whether the South Sumatra Traditional Houses at Dekranasda potential as a tourism destination in Palembang. The methodology used in writing this final report is qualitative method, and the data were collected by using observation and interview. The result shows that the South Sumatra Traditional Houses at Dekranasda are potential to be a tourism destination in Palembang because it has five elements of a potential tourism destination such as attraction, accesibility, infrastructure, amenities, accommodation, and community.
