Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas mengenai penerapan SAP (System Application and Processing) pada Unit Sales Counter PT Intraco Penta Wahana. SAP merupakan software Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) yang dikembangkan untuk mendukung organisasi dalam menjalankan kegiatan operasional secara efektif. Fokus penelitian ini terbatas pada penerapan SAP dalam mengoptimalkan proses penjualan, sistem penawaran, di Unit Sales Counter PT Intraco Penta Wahana. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan pengguna sistem SAP. Data sekunder juga diperoleh melalui studi literatur yang relevan dengan masalah penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SAP memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, kepuasan pelanggan, dan kinerja bisnis secara keseluruhan di Unit Sales Counter PT Intraco Penta Wahana. SAP memungkinkan integrasi data penjualan, sehingga informasi yang konsisten dan akurat dapat diakses oleh semua departemen. Dalam proses penjualan, SAP memfasilitasi siklus penjualan dari permintaan penawaran hingga fakturasi dengan lebih lancar dan terstruktur. Penggunaan SAP dalam sistem penawaran memungkinkan pembuatan penawaran yang tepat waktu dan akurat berdasarkan peraturan bisnis yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya.
