Abstract

PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Persero merupakan badan usaha milik negara yang bergerak di bidang jasa keuangan. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia tbk melayani jutaan nasabah di seluruh indonesua dengan layanan lengkap di bidang keuangan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana keputusan penggunaan di PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Persero Kcp Rivai Kota Palembang terhadap fitur layanan, promosi dan kemudahan penggunaan (Ease of Use) mobile banking BRImo. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang diperoleh dengan rumus slovin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner nasabah Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kcp Rivai Kota Palembang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pengumpulan angket/kusioner. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji instrument menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas sedangkan dalam melakukan analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan uji F, Uji T dan Koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel fitur layanan, promosi dan kemudahan penggunaan (Ease of Use) terhadap keputusan penggunaan pada nasabah PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kcp Rivai Kota Palembang.
