Abstract

Laporan akhir dengan judul “Perancangan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Berbasis Microsoft Excel 2010 pada Toko Keripik Cek Ella Palembang” ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis Microsoft Excel 2010 pada Toko Keripik Cek Ella Palembang. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dengan sumber data berasal dari data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu riset lapangan yang terdiri dari wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, serta riset kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Toko Keripik Cek Ella masih melakukan pencatatan keuangan secara manual, belum mampu untuk menyajikan laporan keuangan, serta keterbatasan karyawan yang belum memahami cara pencatatan keuangan. Maka dari itu, penulis merancang sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis Microsoft Excel 2010 agar dapat membantu dalam pencatatan dan penyajian laporan keuangan. Saran yang dapat diberikan kepada Toko Keripik Cek Ella yaitu diharapkan perancangan aplikasi akuntansi bisa digunakan untuk mengelola keuangan sehingga menghasilkan laporan keuangan serta perlu adanya pelatihan SDM untuk dapat menggunakan aplikasi akuntansi.
