Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Keamanan menggunakan Jasa Transportasi Kereta Api terhadap Keputusan Wisatawan (Palembang- Tanjung Karang). Metode penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner secara incidental dengan total sampel 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel mengunakan purposive sampling, dengan kriteria yaitu keputusan wisatawan yang mengunakan jasa transportasi Kereta Api. Analisis data mengunakan Teknik analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) versi 25. Dengan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan wisatawan sebesar 13,2%, variabel keamanan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan wisatawan sebesar 21,4%.
