Abstract

Laporan Akhir dengan judul “Pemberian Insentif Dalam Meningkatkan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Pada PT Gratia Plena Mas Motor Cabang Muara Enim”. Penulisan laporan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana prosedur pemberian insentif dan produktivitas kerja karyawan setelah adanya pemberian insentif pada PT Gratia Plena Mas Motor Cabang Muara Enim. Pada penelitian kali ini, penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan penulis yaitu melalui observasi/ pengamatan, wawancara terstruktur , studi kepustakaan, dan melakukan analisis perhitungan melalui rumus produktivitas kerja karyawan model Marvin E. Mundel berdasarkan data penjualan unit pada Juli s.d Desember 2023. Wawancara terstruktur melibatkan Kepala Cabang dan Sales pada PT Gratia Plena Mas Motor Cabang Muara Enim. Pemberian insentif pada PT Gratia Plena Mas Motor Cabang Muara Enim terdiri dari dua, yaitu Insentif Penjualan Unit dan Insnetif Booster. Berdasarkan data penjualan PT Gratia Plena Mas Motor, penjualan unit pada Juli s.d September mengalami penurunan penjualan, maka dari itu penulis melakukan perhitungan rumus produktivitas kerja karyawan model Marvin E. Mundel untuk membuktikan apakah pemberian insentif dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Insentif Booster diberikan untuk mengatasi penurunan penjualan sekaligus meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT Gratia Plena Mas Motor Cabang Muara Enim, sehingga dengan diberlakukannya pemberian insentif Booster tersebut diharapkan dapat menstabilkan penjualan unit, sehingga mencapai target dan melebihi target penjualan pada setiap bulan.
