Abstract
PT Bank Mandiri Persero Palembang melayani jutaan nasabah di wilayah Palembang dengan layanan lengkap di bidang keuangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja pegawai PT Bank Mandiri Persero Palembang terhadap gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden yang diperoleh dengan rumus slovin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner pegawai Bank Mandiri. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan mengumpulkan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, sedangkan dalam melakukan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, sedangkan dalam melakukan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji F. dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Bank Mandiri Persero Tbk Palembang
