Abstract

Tujuan dari laporan akhir ini untuk merancang sebuah sistem kearsipan elektronik berbasis Microsoft Acces 2019 pada Kantor Lurah Sungaiselincah. Laporan ini ditulis dengan menggunakan beberapa metode pengumpulan data seperti riset lapangan, wawancara dan juga riset kepustakaan. Analisa data menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif berupa merancang sistem penyimpanan arsip elektronik berbasis Microsoft Acces 2019 pada Kantor Lurah Sungaiselincah. Berdasarkan riset lapangan yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa sistem penyimpanan arsip pada Kantor Lurah Sungaiselincah masih lemah dalam penyediaan tempat dan juga peralatan arsip yang membuat banyaknya arsip yang menumpuk dan tidak tertata rapi, dan juga dengan penyimpanan arsip manual dalam penemuan Kembali arsip masih membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Dengan dibuatnya suatu rancangan sistem penyimpanan arsip elektronik berbasis Microsoft Acces 2019 dapat memudahkan pegawai dalam mengelola arsip serta dapat mempercepat waktu pengerjaan dalam pencatatan dan penemuan kembali arsip pada Kantor Lurah Sungaiselincah. Saran dari penulis pada Kantor Lurah Sungaiselincah agar terus menerapkan sistem penyimpanan arsip elektronik berbasis Microsoft Acces 2019 karena dapat mempermudah pegawai dalam pengelolaan arsip, dan juga tidak membutuhkan tempat dan peralatan yang banyak, sehingga arsip lebih tertata dan terlihat rapi.
