Abstract
Tujuan penulisan Laporan Akhir ini adalah untuk membuat sebuah Aplikasi Pengolahan Data Persediaan Obat Pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Gelumbang Kabupaten Muara Enim Berbasis Website yang meliputi input data obat dan sumber pengadaan oleh admin, input obat masuk dan obat keluar serta dapat mengetahui laporan persediaan obat yang tersedia pada rumah sakit kemudian yang dimaksud untuk mempermudah pihak bagian farmasi dalam menginput data dan juga mempermudah proses pengolahan data persediaan obat. Adapun proses yang digunakan untuk merancang aplikasi ini adalah membuat perancangan dengan Diagram Konteks, Data Flow Diagram Level 1, Flowchart, Blockchart, Entity Relationship Diagram dan Kamus Data. Aplikasi Pengolahan Data Persediaan Obat Berbasis Website Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Gelumbang mempunyai 3 Entitas yaitu Admin, Admin Gudang Farmasi dan Direktur. Dimana ketiganya memiliki hak akses masing- masing dapat melihat data yang diinput. Dengan adanya perancangan ini diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan Kinerja Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Gelumbang Kabupaten Muara Enim pada Bidang Farmasi serta meningkatkan efektivitas kerja Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Gelumbang Kabupaten Muara Enim dengan output berupa laporan data persediaan obat yang dapat dicetak oleh ketiga entitas.
