Abstract
Penelitian ini menerapkan Metode Mean Shift Clustering untuk mengelompokkan data pelanggan retribusi alat pemadam kebakaran berdasarkan titik lokasi latitude, longitude, dan status pembayaran. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan mampu menghasilkan kelompok-kelompok pelanggan dengan karakteristik data terdekat, memberikan informasi yang lebih berarti bagi petugas Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Palembang. Selain itu, penggunaan aplikasi ini telah menggantikan penggunaan aplikasi berbasis Excel dalam pengumpulan data. Aplikasi ini juga membantu Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Palembang dalam mengidentifikasi area-area yang memerlukan perhatian khusus dalam penagihan retribusi, memungkinkan fokus yang lebih baik dalam upaya meningkatkan kepatuhan pelanggan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan manajemen data, efisiensi operasional, dan pengambilan keputusan strategis di lingkungan Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Palembang.
