Abstract
Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia Sylva Lestari merupakan KPRI yang berada dalam lingkup Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (KLHK) dan Dinas Kehutanan Sumatera Selatan. Pemilihan penerima pinjaman pada KPRI Sylva Lestari dilakukan secara manual dengan memeriksa riwayat peminjam, menganalisis kelayakan, dan memastikan calon penerima memenuhi syarat untuk meminjam. Dalam proses pemilihan, sering terjadi jumlah pengajuan pinjaman yang lebih banyak daripada jumlah dana yang tersedia. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka dibangun sistem pendukung keputusan penerima pinjaman koperasi menggunakan metode Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA). Sistem ini bertujuan untuk membantu dalam proses pemilihan penerima pinjaman koperasi secara tepat, objektif, dan efisien. Dalam implementasinya, sistem ini menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) serta dirancang dan dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database management system MySQL.
