Abstract

Laporan akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perhitungan biaya relevan atas pesanan khusus meliputi pesanan 20 set meja belajar tahun di 20222, 10 set meja makan jati vintage custom tahun di 2022 dan 10 unit lemari pakaian tahun di 2022 pada UMKM Hasil Jati Palembang. Analisis tersebut menunjukan bahwa pentingnya perusahaan dalam pengambilan keputusannya dengan memperhatikan informasi mengenai biaya karena biaya merupakan aspek terpenting dan tidak dapat dipisahkan dari setiap kegiatan perusahaan. Salah satu informasi penting yang dibutuhkan perusahaan dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk kegiatan produksi yaitu informasi mengenai biaya relevan. Tujuan dari diperlukannya informasi mengenai biaya relevan adalah untuk mengetahui perhitungan biaya relevan dalam menentukan keputusan dalam menerima atau menolak suatu pesanan khusus dari pembeli. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa manajemen perusahaan belum menerapkan perhitungan biaya relevan dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk menerima atau menolak pesanan khusus. Maka untuk kedepannya UMKM Hasil Jati Palembang sebaiknya memperhitungkan biaya relevan terlebih dahulu sebelum mengambil keputusan untuk menerima ataupun menolak pesanan khusus dari pembeli agar dapat meminimalisir kerugian dan dapat dijadikan strategi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan laba.
