Abstract

The final report entitled "Building Planning Branch Office PT. Assa (Adi Sarana Armada) Tanjung Api-Api Palembang". In this report the problems to come, namely determination of the dimensions of the structure and management of the building project. The purpose of this project is to obtain economic dimension with the power structure safe to assume the burdens of existing and regulate the use of cost. In doing this planning, the data obtained from the contractor in the form of the results of calculations needed for construction of the project and analyzed using the Imposition Planning Guidelines for Home and Building (PPURG 1987), Planning Procedures for Concrete Structures for Buildings (SNI 03-2847- 2002), Planning Procedures for Steel Structures for Buildings (SNI 03-1729-2002). Calculation of construction planning of planning the structure covering the roof frame, roof plates, slabs, stairs, portals, beams, and columns. While the bottom structure that includes sloof and foundation. For the project management plan includes specifications and Terms (RKS), the list of labor, price list materials, NWP, barchart and curves S. Structural design using concrete quality (fc') 25 MPa, the quality of steel (fy) 240 MPa and 400 MPa, size dimensions of the column (45 × 45) cm, ie beam dimensions (30 × 50) cm, (30 × 60) cm, and (30 × 45) cm, the size dimensions are joist (25 × 45) cm, (30 cm × 60) cm, (25 × 60) cm, (30 × 50) cm, and (25 × 50) cm, 9 cm thick roof slab, thick slab 11 cm, dimensions sloof namely (30 × 50) cm, (30 × 60) cm, and (30 × 45) cm, pile foundation Square size (25 x 25) cm with a depth of 8.80 m, and using a steel frame IWF 300.300.15.15. Based on the making of the Final Report, the authors conclude that in the planning of a building includes data plans, working drawings and calculation results must be complete and accurate in order to secure the power planning and development can be implemented.
