Abstract

Fire extinguisher robot designed to search, detect and extinguish the fire contained in a room and surroundings. Given this robot can facilitate human work in detecting the presence of a fire in a room and make it easier to put out the fire. In the search process using a robotic fire SRF04 ultrasonic sensor that serves to detect any obstructions so that the robot is not crashing. When the robot finds TPA81 flame sensor will work and will transmit data to the microcontroller for processing, then the microcontroller will give a command to the relay driver to control the dc motor fan. Wavecom microcontroller will instruct the modem to send a message to the operator. The message informs the location of the fire. Once the fire is extinguished, the robot will stop operating. At the fire fighting robot are SRF04 ultrasonic sensor. Ultrasonic sensors to detect objects by emitting waves then detect the reflection. The farther the distance barrier to wave the longer the travel time of the waves. It can be seen at a distance of 5 cm wave propagation time of 0.2 ms and at a distance of 100 cm wave propagation time of 5.2 ms. To calculate the time reflected by the formula s = (VXT) / 2. Dc motor will work when receiving logic of dc motor driver L293D. DC motor can work at a voltage of 4.86 Vdc and at rest voltage of the dc motor at 0 Vdc. Robot will avoid the object when distance <40 cm. Robots will read the fire when temperatures> 350. When the robot has found the robot will extinguish the fire.
