Abstract

On vehicles often encountered car collisions often caused by drivers who have trouble seeing or measuring distances when parking the car in the car or when congestion occurs. Then created a solution to avoid the accident, namely the presence of running text led display used as a warning system. Running text is used as an information board to display any information. Unlike antiquity that use paper as a medium or banners such information. Human needs for smart appliances and works automatically be greatly improved. Intelligent equipment systems work is very effective because it does not need to be monitored again by the user. This equipment will work in accordance with input directed. Applications running text is created using ultrasonic sensors as inputs (input) with microcontroller as brain controller and display 7 segment as visual appearance. The working principle of this application running text that uses two ultrasonic sensors SRF04 as distance sensors are placed on the front and rear of the car, which when no object is detected by the sensor automatically sensor will get a data base that will be sent to the microcontroller ATMEGA32 to display data to the display 7 segment as a visual display for the driver.
