Abstract
Perencanaan struktur gedung merupakan aspek krusial dalam menunjang keberhasilan pembangunan fasilitas pendidikan dan layanan kesehatan. Laporan akhir ini bertujuan untuk merancang struktur Gedung Laboratorium Rumah Sakit Universitas Bengkulu yang aman, efisien, dan sesuai standar teknis nasional. Ruang lingkup perencanaan meliputi struktur atas (pelat, balok, kolom, tangga) dan struktur bawah (sloof dan pondasi), serta penyusunan dokumen manajemen proyek yang mencakup Rencana Kerja dan Syarat (RKS), Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB), penjadwalan (time schedule), dan Network Planning (NWP). Metode perencanaan dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak ETABS22 untuk analisis gaya dalam, serta mengacu pada regulasi SNI 2847:2019 dan SNI 1727:2020. Hasil dari perencanaan ini menghasilkan struktur bangunan yang memenuhi syarat kekuatan, stabilitas, dan keandalan, serta mendukung kebutuhan laboratorium medis secara optimal baik dari aspek fungsional maupun keselamatan.
