Abstract

Komponen proteksi motor induksi 3 phasa yang digunakan di area Fiber line PT. TEL PP adalah Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) untuk proteksi terhadap Over current dan Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) untuk proteksi terhadap Overload. Nilai setting MCCB adalah 7 kali dari arus nominal. nilai Setting TOR adalah 125% dari arus nominal. Hasil perhitungan nilai setting MCCB: Brown Stock Tank #1 Aligator adalah 1.300 A, Pre 02 Pulp Press Shower Feed Pump adalah 300 A dan PreO2 Filtrate Screen Feed Pump adalah 1.600 A. Hasil pengamatan dilapangan nilai setting MCCB: Brown Stock Tank #1 Aligator adalah 2.250 A, Pre 02 Pulp Press Shower Feed Pump adalah 600 A, PreO2 Filtrate Screen Feed Pump adalah 3.250 A. Hasil perhitungan nilai setting TOR:Brown Stock Tank #1 Aligator adalah 194,234 A, Pre 02 Pulp Press Shower Feed Pump adalah 66,058 A, Pre O2 Filtrate Screen Feed Pump adalah 291,051 A. Hasil pengamatan dilapangan nilai setting TOR: Brown Stock Tank #1 Aligator adalah 190 A, Pre 02 Pulp Press Shower Feed Pump adalah 47 A, PreO2 Filtrate Screen Feed Pump adalah 235 A
