Abstract

Kemajuan pesat ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dewasa ini, terutama teknologi informasi, membawa dampak positif terhadap jasa penyedia makan dan minum menjadi sangat penting. Untuk mengembangkan berbagoi inovasi yang memiliki beragam fungsi seperti pengisi dan penutup botol otomatis pada Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah (UMKM) Minuman Rempah Sweger Rekk, alat ini dibuat agar pengusaha minuman dapat melakukan proses pengisian dan peenutupana botol secara otomatis. Sehingga dapat lebih cepat dan efisien dalam pengemasan botol. Sistem ini menggunakan mikrokontroler arduino uno serta aplikasi sebagai monitoring. Alat ini menggunakan motor servo untuk penggerak botol minum dan sensor proximity dengan jarak maksimal deteksi lebih kurang sama dengan 5 cm untuk mendeteksi botol minum yang diisi. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah alat pengisi dan penutup botol otomatis berbasis internet of things pada Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah (UMKM) Minuman Rempah Sweger Rek yang dapat dimonittoring melalui aplikasi.
