Abstract

The purpose of this analysis can help the company to improve the quality of customer service. System implemented in the company we surveyed currently there are still many shortcomings in the provision of customer service and prospective customers. From the design of the proposed system, we tried to correct existing deficiencies, with improvements and additions, the system is running in better company that is useful for improving relations and customer satisfaction. Therefore, should the company need to know, what kind of product and services that companies must provide to customers and get to know the customers more closely. Ways and strategies to recognize and build relationships with customers and manage it known to the customer. The method used in the writing of this Final Report, namely: (1) Method of Iteration and to clarify the problems being faced by the author using the framework PIECES, causal analysis and feasibility analysis, (2) design method that includes database design, process design, the design of the display and menu structure. The results obtained after applying the system design company created now companies get loyalty from customers that can be seen from the increase in customers served due to greater satisfaction in getting customers.
