Abstract

ABSTRACT “EXCELLENT SERVICE GIVEN BY RECEPTIONISTS AT ARYADUTA HOTEL AND CONVENTION CENTER PALEMBANG” (Mariati Hanim, 2015) The title of this report is “Excellent service given by receptionists at Aryaduta Hotel and Convention Center Palembang”. The problem of this study was what the receptionists at Aryaduta hotel and convention center Palembang do to give excellent service. The purpose of this study is to know what the receptionists at Aryaduta hotel and Convention center Palembang do in giving excellent service. It was qualitative method. The data were collected by observation reception section staff at front office department of The Aryaduta Hotel and Convention Center Palembang and interviews the guests about the excellent service given to the guest. From the data, the writer compared the result of observation and interview then the writer described the data and made an analysis. Based on the analysis, the writer found some the similarities of the excellent service given by reception section staff compares with the theory. And the writer takes the conclusion from data analysis for this final report.
