Abstract
CV Basuki Rahmat Prabumulih is a company that has the scope of services development (developer), including build houses and shops. In determining the time to complete a housing project, CV Basuki Rahmat Prabumulih only based on the plan has been prepared based on scheduling tasks in accordance with the usual experience completed. Because only based on experience and not using a particular method in calculating scheduling, CV Basuki Rahmat Prabumulih sometimes experience delays in the completion of development projects. Calculation method Network Planning methods CPM (Critical Path Method) is one good method to be used in calculating the scheduling for the project, because by using this method will be visible anywhere activities that need to be solved first and which activities can be performed delays in workmanship. This is evident from the construction of housing type 300 made by CV Basuki Rahmat Prabumulih takes over 231 days, whereas using CPM method takes only 201 days.
