Abstract

The purpose of this final report is to know effect of financial compensation such as salary, allowance, and bonus affect on the commitment of employees and which one of the dimension have dominant effect on the commitment of employees. This research used saturation sampling. With total of respondent of PT Nusantara Sejahtera Raya are 31 persons. The data collected and analyzed by using multiple regression with SPSS version 11,05 program. The result showed that simultaneously financial compensation such as salary, allowance, and bonus have significant effect on the commitment of employees. Partialy allowance and bonus have not significant effect on the commitment of employees. Then salary has significant effect on the commitment of employees. Based on the result suggests that the company must maintain and improve the giving of compensation based on company development.
