The purpose of this final report is to fulfill one of requirements of study at POLSRI. The object of this final report at Hotel Garuda Mas Palembang. This.one of the hotelsin Palembang with grade 2 provides a wide range oftemporary shelterfacilities wherethe Guests. The author analyzes the achievement of the performance appraisal of employees in this company. Data for this report was obtained through questionnaires distributed to employees as respondents. Based on data obtained, the author found a problem in assessing the performance of employees, the leader does not communicate to employees the results of those assessments. Moreover there is no criteria and standards in assessing employee performance appraisals. In this case the author give suggestions to the company that the result of the assessment should be notified to the employees, so that the employees know the strengths and weaknesses their of performance outcomes. The leader should determine in advance the criteria and standards before assessing the employee's performance appraisal of employees. Then employees have guidelines to improve performance outcomes.
