Abstract

Purpose of this final report is to determine the effect of service quality to satisfaction of the students at the Institute of Education Giovani English Course Betung. I would like to know the extent of service quality the most dominant influence students satisfaction and influence whether or not that levels of students satisfaction. Data used is student satisfaction, which is the dependent variable (Y) and the perception of students based on five levels of service quality which is the independent variable (X), which is a tangible (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5). Analysis of data using the F-test and T-test. The Results of demonstrating the value of R Square influencing students satisfaction to using service of Giovani English Course Betung for 80.3%. For 80.3% of student satisfaction on Giovani English Course Betung are influenced by five levels of quality of service and the remaining 19.7% influences include other factors beyond this study. Level of the service quality the most dominant influence students satisfaction is the level of the reliability (X2). Based on the results of the study, the authors suggested that more attention to the five levels of the student’s service quality, especially the level of service quality that does not affect the student satisfaction.
