The purpose of this final report is to know about the character of public relations in meantaining the good name RSIA Rika Amelia Palembang. This research uses qualitatve analysis methode is by way of interviews to the public relations department. The outline, obstacles faced by public relations is facing, protests or complaints of patients against facilities and service delivered or provided by the hospital. Patients rights even not only get treatment from doctors buat the start of registration in the emergenci room until discharge from hospital patients should feel cornfortable so it can be concluded that all the problems facing the agency is the responsibility of all the elements that exist in the instituation. So that the public relations RSIA Rika Amelia Palembang society need to pay atantion to the facilities and services provided to patients to maintain a good RSIA Rika Amelia Palembang.
