Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the procedure of loading and unlosding of goods and services in the warehouse PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Perseero) Branch Palembang. The metho used was accidental sampling formula slovin method. Data collected by observation, interview, and questionnaires were distributed to 25 respondents. Data analysis used descriptive analysis. In PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Branch Palembang authors found problems in loading and unloading procedures and warehouse services can not run properly. Therefore, the authors suggest to PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Branch Palembang the unloading procedurein order to prepare for loading and unloading equitment and manpower stevedoring (TKBM), while in the warehouse services should be applied to shift work to be able to serve 24 hours and does not impede to loading and unloading of goods
