Abstract

The title of this final report is “The Influence of Pricing Strategic for The Sales Volume of Napolly Plastic Chair in PT Cahaya Murni Sriwindo Palembang”. The purpose of this research was to know the pricing strategic used by PT Cahaya Murni Sriwindo. The author was use the correlation coefficients analysis to find out the extent of the relationship regarding pricing strategies against sales volume. Primary data that was used in the form of sales target and sales volume of Napolly plastic chairs in 2010 to 2014. The results of the research note that PT Cahaya Murni Sriwindo already right choosed the method of pricing strategies. It was known from the calculation of the correlation coefficient that gives results that are positive. Furthermore the author was forecasting on a sales volume of Napolly plastic chairs for 5 (five) years by using least square method. The calculation result is known that there was one type of plastic chair experience a decrease in the volume of sales in each year. It can be inferred that the company needs to renew the pricing strategies that have been used for this and also the company should reduce the production on Napolly plastic chair type NG-101C to anticipate the occurrence of the harm will be acceptable to the company in the future.
