Abstract

DESIGN OF TEMPERATURE CONTROL ELECTRICAL SOLDER USING MICROCONTROLLER ATMEGA8535 (Meisi; 2016; 43 Pages ) One of the problems we often experience in soldering processes is that we often find components broken / not working after the soldering process. This could be due to temperatures that exist in the eyes of solder that is too hot. If the solder temperature is too hot it can cause damage to components. To minimize damage to the components to be soldered when it needed a tool that can set the temperature on the electric soldering controlled by the microcontroller via a relay. Thermostat on electric soldering using Microcontroller ATMega 8535. The process will be continued by setting the reference voltage via a potentiometer, to further the data is stored in the microcontroller memory location. Next will continue with the process of checking whether the data of LM35 sensor readings have reached the desired reference value or not. If the sensor has reached the specified value, then the process will be conducted termination voltage is controlled via a relay driver to the solder element. It is intended that the resulting temperature solder does not jumped past the desired temperature setting value. if the temperature is 2 ° C lower then the flow of voltage to the elements will be reflowed solder. With the making of this instrument, is expected to reduce the risk of damaged components soder temperature is too hot.
